Büchin Design has created an elegant range of buffet furniture tailored to meet the high demands of the hotel industry and exclusive events. Equipped with technical features to keep food hot or cold, the buffet tables feature integrated appliances that are discreetly installed beneath the table surface, ensuring a clean and uncluttered tabletop.
The VENTA buffet tables are meticulously designed with attention to detail. Combining an elegant and high-quality design with exceptional flexibility and functionality, they cater to the diverse needs of the hotel, event, and catering industries. The tables can be assembled and disassembled effortlessly in just a few steps, without the need for tools. A smart trolley system allows for compact transportation and storage.

Foldable, Stackable, or Modular Systems
All VENTA furniture incorporates special features that set it apart as distinctive and unique. Each product is designed as a foldable, stackable, or modular system, ensuring that the high-quality furniture can be stored safely while occupying minimal space.
Tool-Free Assembly
All VENTA furniture can be assembled without the use of tools, and there are no loose parts that could get misplaced. The connecting elements between the table frame and the tabletop are made of stainless steel and are manufactured using high-precision lathes. Regular physical inspections guarantee consistent product quality.
Trolley System
A dedicated trolley system is available for all VENTA furniture, allowing table tops to be stacked individually and securely. This system ensures safe storage while minimizing the required space.
Additional Equipment
Many VENTA products can be enhanced with additional equipment to improve usability. For instance, folding tables can be equipped with castors, enabling buffet tables to be moved easily around a room without disassembly or reassembly.
Live Cooking Meets Diverse F&B Concepts
The latest innovation in VENTA’s buffet table line is designed for live cooking experiences. ELEMENTS, the new modular cooking system, allows for cooking and serving directly in front of guests, transforming events into memorable highlights.

During development, a primary focus was to ensure compatibility with tables already purchased by VENTA customers, increasing the flexibility and mobility of existing systems. VENTA ELEMENTS is a modular system tailored for modern live cooking, meeting the varied demands of F&B concepts worldwide.
Instead of a traditional glass or compact tabletop, the system uses a square stainless steel ELEMENTS table frame placed on the existing table frame. The square design enables both lengthwise and crosswise usage, accommodating thermal equipment and inserts in versatile configurations for daily operations.
Airmobil – Mobile Extraction Unit for Indoor Use
To enable the use of the ELEMENTS Live Cooking System indoors, a mobile extraction unit was specifically developed and designed for the XS table size. This unit fully complies with modern requirements for odorless cooking in enclosed spaces.

The Airmobil can be positioned to the right, left, or in front of a Stage 80 XS ELEMENTS live cooking table, allowing it to adapt to the constantly changing demands of flexible and modular live cooking stations in terms of setup and concept.

STAGE_80_ELEMENTS_BAR
The Mobile Bar combines an exclusive, modern design with flexibility and versatility. The STAGE system can also function as a mobile bar by equipping the STAGE_80_S table with one or two table frames from the ELEMENTS series. These ELEMENTS table frames can accommodate one or two ice wells, making the setup ideal for various applications.

VENTA’s 12 Key Features
Foldable, Stackable, or Modular Systems
All VENTA furniture includes special features that make it distinctive and unique. Each product is designed as a foldable, stackable, or modular system, ensuring safe storage while requiring minimal space.
System Size: The table system is available in three standard lengths: L (196 cm), M (180 cm), and 2 x XS (80 cm).
Nesting: The three standard sizes can be nested together, requiring only 1.96 m of space for the full 5.36 m buffet table length.
Combine: The system is available in two table depths: 80 cm, suitable for classic buffets, and 50 cm, ideal for smaller meeting rooms. Combining these depths allows for creative buffet layouts or configurations such as a mobile bar.
Adaptive: Each table can be customized for specific uses with additional equipment, such as shelves under the tabletop for use as a plate rack.
Changeable: The system can be configured as a light, elegant buffet with metal table legs and a transparent glass top or as a fully equipped buffet with heating and cooling units, thermal bridges, shelves, and blinds.
Functional: Wheels are available in three sizes, catering to different needs:
- Small: Suitable for indoor use on even floors.
- Medium: Ideal for use throughout a hotel, including elevators and small thresholds.
- Large: Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, including terraces.
Adjustable Height: Each table can be adjusted to four heights in 8 cm increments, enabling versatile and varied configurations.
Mobile: Buffet tables are equipped with wheels, allowing them to be moved throughout a hotel. All wheels are lockable for stability.
Storage: The system can be disassembled without tools and stored in trolleys. The grid system ensures each part has a fixed place, preventing damage during transport.
Color: Table frames and glass tops (undersides) are elegantly lacquered, with customizable colors to match interior designs.
Décor: Tabletops are available in “compact top” materials with various decorative finishes, such as wood, stone, or metal photo reproductions.
Blinds: Decorative panels are available in different styles, ranging from completely closed to translucent. These panels attach magnetically for quick assembly and disassembly, enabling “invisible supply” functionality.
