CAPAROL ICONS is the first luxury interior paint collection ‘Made in Germany’ and sets new standards in the areas of environment, health and sustainability. The exclusive line is part of the renowned family business DAW SE, which has been under the management of Dr Ralf Murjahn for five generations. As a stylish addition to the traditional Caparol brand, CAPAROL ICONS has its own unique interior colour formulation. This is based on pure pigments, water and renewable binders, specially created to produce matt, powdery surfaces.

One of the outstanding innovations of CAPAROL ICONS is the use of a binder made from 100% certified renewable raw materials. Since 2024, the company has been the first supplier on the market to offer this environmentally friendly formulation, which saves up to 62% CO2 compared to conventional binders. This not only sets an aesthetic, but also a sustainable accent in interior design. The use of 100% more pigments than in conventional paints also ensures exceptional brilliance and colour depth, giving rooms an unmistakable flair.

CAPAROL ICONS offers an exquisite selection of 120 iconic colours, ranging from delicate pastel shades to intense, dramatic nuances. This extraordinary collection not only includes classic tones, but is also the only interior paint line to offer metallic shades and neon pigments – a real highlight for adventurous design lovers. In 2023, the collection was expanded through a special collaboration with the internationally renowned designer Sebastian Herkner: ‘Treasures by Sebastian Herkner’ brings eleven new, creative colours to the market and underlines the exclusivity of the brand.
