Last Thursday, we had another exciting day at the Design Post Cologne. A colourful mix of interior architects and designers from the planning environment came together to exchange information and ideas on the topics of outdoor, materiality and sustainability.
Interactive tours and exclusive previews
The Planner Day was particularly enriched by the participating brand partners, who offered valuable insights into materiality, sustainability and their special outdoor solutions. Vincent Sheppard, Kvadrat, Sixinch, Framery, Wagner, Création Baumann, Wünder, Prostoria and Sammode reported on their innovative approaches and inspired the participants with their presentations and demonstrations.
A special highlight of the day was the exclusive preview of the new pCon.catalog portal, presented by pCon in collaboration with our colleagues from wegscheider office solution. The participants had the opportunity to ask stimulating questions and exchange ideas on how architects and specialist planners can efficiently access 3D models in practice. At the end of the day, the participants took a deep dive into the topic of configuration and outdoor visualisation with pCon.planner.
Focus on sustainability
Sustainability was a recurring theme throughout the day. From the materials discussed in the tours to the practical applications in outdoor design, it was clear everywhere how important sustainable approaches are for the future of the industry. This focus was met with great interest and stimulated many inspiring conversations.
A heartfelt thank you
Our team enjoyed the positive energy and the many inspiring discussions. The participants were delighted with the wide range of information and the new perspectives they gained. It was a day full of inspiration and knowledge transfer that we will remember for a long time to come.
We would like to thank all the participants who attended and made this day such a special experience. A big thank you goes to the Design Post team for the wonderful organisation and the delicious catering, as well as to Petra Linn for the guided tours and the valuable suggestions for exchanging ideas with each other. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Design Post and are excited to see what new topics and innovations await us there.
