Studiobricks, a story of more than 15 years of passion for music, propels the most innovative acoustic solution in the office sector.
Passion for the Saxophone
Studiobricks was conceived from Guillermo Jungbauer’s passion for the saxophone. In his apartment in Barcelona, Guillermo was searching for a rehearsal space with optimal acoustics that wouldn’t disturb his neighbors. Since he couldn’t find quality booths on the market, the legendary Studiobricks booth was born in 2008.
A team of acoustic experts, engineers, architects, and carpenters joined forces to tackle Guillermo’s challenge. After numerous tests and prototypes, the first Studiobricks booth emerged. With a modular design of manageable pieces without the need for screws, this innovative creation was destined to transform the music and recording industry of the 21st century. All thanks to the patented system called BRICK.

The Power of Silence Worldwide: International Growth
Since November 2008, Studiobricks has experienced robust and independent international growth with its headquarters and factory in Lliçà de Vall, Barcelona. Expanding its commercial network globally, Studiobricks, in collaboration with its minority partner from the start, Laurent Decroix, caters to multilingual clients in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and Catalan. Following the sale of a Studiobricks Booth to Dave Gahan, a member of the Depeche Mode group, sales soared in the United States. This led to the founding of Studiobricks USA Inc. by Miguel Donoso-Cortés in 2015, with the aim of developing the American market from New York.
Studiobricks solidifies a global commercial network with over 40 showrooms worldwide. In 2023, it opens its official showroom in Giessen, Germany, along with its music school, Get Loud, in Barcelona. Currently, Studiobricks ships booths to 49 countries and becomes a global benchmark for quality in the music and recording industry.

A Versatile Solution: Silence Empowering Various Sectors
Their outstanding quality and 45 dB soundproofing not only position us as leaders in the music and recording sector but also address diverse needs. In late 2018, Studiobricks received a request to manufacture over 5,000 booths for office calls from the multinational company WeWork Coworking Spaces. This milestone marked the inception of Studiobricks Office Solutions, led by Sarah Hehmann. Today, it offers a wide range of booths designed for various sectors, including offices and coworking spaces that enhance productivity, booths for isolating noisy machinery, sleeping booths for domestic environments, hotels, and airports, and even booths for governmental environments and high-confidentiality development hubs.
